During our family vacation at Merli, we found the location to be incredibly convenient, just a short four-minute stroll from Piazza del Campo. This proximity allowed us to explore the vibrant local culture without the hassle of long commutes. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family's needs. What truly stood out were the hosts, Luigi and Consuela, whose warmth and attentiveness made our stay enjoyable. They provided valuable recommendations for family-friendly restaurants and local attractions. Their willingness to assist with bookings and transportation took the stress out of our trip-especially helpful when navigating the intricacies of Siena! We also appreciated the accessible lift in the hotel, making it easier to manage our luggage after a day of walking. All in all, Merli offers a welcoming atmosphere for families, along with the charm of a historical gem.
